Gums – one of the foundation structure for a human body as it supports the teeth that are used in the eating that is required by the body to function normal fashion.   1. Reduce the level of stress in the body:  level of stress in the body determines the extent of the problems in the gums. Gums are directly attached to the brains through various tissues and connections with the brain. Any type of stress levels in the brains send harmful signals to the connective tissues that could generate various problems in the gums. So, reduce stress in the brain.
  1. Consume good quantity of milk: Milk is rich in vitamin C and vitamin C is very beneficial for the gums as it has healing powers and strengthens the various internal nerves that help in streamlining the blood circulation. The improved blood circulation help in removing various gum problems.

  1. Gargling with Salt: This is the easiest of all home remedies. Salt is almost always there in any kitchen. Just take some lukewarm water and add a little bit of salt and gargle three times a day. Be careful not to use hot water to avoid scalding. Another great way to remove gum problems and to strengthen the gums is to gargle the way out. Make some water slightly warm in a pan and add a little salt in it. Stir it well and then gargle well to make strengthens the gums.
