Yoga poses as effective solution for hair loss

Hairs fall due to various reasons. Due to certain changes in lifestyle or due to changes in diets. The main reason for the hair to fall is the age. But, with certain yoga poses, we could help our hair to re-grow

Yoga poses could be an effective hair loss solution. Some of the poses that could be tried out as hair loss solution are:

Rubbing nails together: very easy and affective yoga pose to have an effective solution for the falling hairs, this could be done anywhere and in any body position. this yoga asana is very helpful to give some relief from falling hairs. To do this, one needs to bend fingers of both hands and give them slightly circular formation in such a way that nails of fingers touch other. Then start rubbing nails together to generate out heat from the rubbing action of the nails. Make a schedule to do this rubbing action at least app. 5 minutes at one time.

Sasangasana (Rabbit pose): make a rabbit shape of your body. Sit on your knees with you resting on your ankles kept underneath you. Now hold your ankles with your hands and rest your scalp on the ground. Inhale and slowly raise your buttocks above the ground up to the position that your thighs are straight. Here blood circulation to your head and scalp will increase improving the chances of reduced hair fall. Keep normal breathing for some time. Slowly exhale and return back to normal. Repeat the same.

Bhastrika Prayanam: Sit in padmasana pose. Place your hands on your knees. Exhale completely and inhale. Repeat the exhaling and inhaling till your body gets exhausted. Keep the exhaling and inhaling in streamlined pattern. This improves the blood circulation and prevents the hair from falling down.

Uttanpadasana (Raised foot pose): lie straight on a level and soft ground. Stretch your legs fully out. Then keeping both hands on the thighs, slowly raise both the legs till legs form an angle of 65 degrees with the ground with the help of your hands. Keep normal breathing. Do not over exert your body. Return back to normal position. Repeat for 4 times. Helps in improving blood circulation in the head and scalp to prevent hair fall.

Uttanasana (Stand forward bend pose): stand straight on the ground keeping legs close to each other and ankles as well as toes touching each other. Inhale deep into the lungs. Then while exhaling slowly raise your arms and start bending forward. Then bending completely, try to touch the floor if possible. Keep your legs straight and do not bend your knees. It may not be possible to touch the floor for a beginner. But, after regular practice, touching the floor will be a regular affair. Improves the blood circulation in the head and reduces hair fall.

Practicing yoga poses does not give any side effects to the body but do give as an effective hair loss solution.
